With our Executive Office Package each serviced office is fully equipped with furniture, fittings and 24 hour broadband connection. In such a highly sought after location, the University Business Complex provides a very prestigious business address, easily accessible with ample car parking for you and your clients.

During office hours, our friendly Receptionists will greet your customers and, of course, with our telephone answering service, your calls will be answered in your company name. To facilitate you further, we also provide book-keeping by our in-house Accountants which includes VAT returns and end of year audits. We further reduce your overheads by eliminating electricity, heating and rate bills as, again, these are all included in the weekly rent figure.

The serviced office environment at Roselawn House is friendly and supportive and, to further enhance your business image, you can also avail of our boardroom/conference room facilities along with our other additional support services which are available at a small additional charge.

Occupation of a serviced office can take place within hours. All that is required is a simple deposit, which is refundable at the end of the rent agreement.
